A football stadium planned for Ozark United FC in Rogers has grown to come with a $350 million entertainment district on $350 million across 36 acres.
Located at the intersection of West Perry Road and South Bellview Road in Rogers, it will come with advertising, advertising and residential space, positioning the task as a year-round “live work” destination for the region.
The renderings and main points of the updated site map were released Tuesday night (March 25) via the founders of the Soccer Club.
“Our purpose has been to create more than a stadium; we need to build a sustainable home for football and a means for network engagement,” Chris Martinovic, co-founder of Ozark United FC said in a press release. “This district will supply fans, citizens and visitors with an unheard of of any of the game days. “
The replacement at the location of the start date targeted at 2027. It’s still a 5,000-seat stadium with room for growth.
The expanded site also allows for the addition of restaurants, breweries, and other amenities that the developers, according to the developers, will position the district as a dynamic destination beyond gaming.
The key to progression now includes:
• A stadium with expanded seating, upgraded apparatus and an immersive fit environment.
• A stadium that supports the evolving initiatives of the United Football League, adding promotion and relegation, and assembling the criteria of the American Football Federation Division I.
• Design of the stadium with front facing and exit to make them larger for enthusiasts and visitors.
• A mixed-use district to encourage year-round economic activity beyond events.
• Commercial, retail and residential spaces.
• Future expansion for the stadium and mixed-use development.
