Cincinnati (Cincinnati Business Courier) – A local municipality north of Cincinnati plans to expand a new fitness and $7 million asset. The status quo will advance efforts to fix a “food desert” in the city and offer more physical care features to shut down residents.
The city of Middletown seeks to redevelop a former school site into a 3-in-1 community grocer, health care clinic and community room. The facility, located at the former Vail Middle School at 1415 Girard Ave., will offer community members access to fresh food, health care and community events along with programming space.
