“It’s my fault,” Gifford continued.

The next day, one of Gifford’s friends visited him at the time of the fall.

“It’s my fault. “

“It didn’t take much, because I was weak in that spot,” Gifford told the outlet. “And the next thing you know, I’m back in the hospital with a fractured pelvis: front and back. It’s more painful than anything I’ve ever felt. ” “I’ve endured with my hip. The pelvis is incredibly painful, but anyway, here I am. “

Gifford described the experience as “humiliating” and thankfully stayed in the hospital for a week because she had “no confidence” in herself.

“You think you know your structure and the next thing you know, your structure adjusts as you age,” he said. “And as much as I don’t think about it, it’s true. “

Gifford continued: “It’s summer for everyone, but that’s okay. I’m going to stop by my little farm one of those days and put my feet in my salt pool. The Lord is telling me it’s time to slow down. ” I’ve been running my whole life. The Lord told me: ‘You have planted billions of roses. Try to feel them. “

Earlier this month, Gifford told the outlet that recovering from his hip replacement had been “one of the most painful situations” of his entire life.

His surgery was mandatory because Gifford noticed that “his hips [were] up to the knots,” which doctors told him because of his incredibly active lifestyle.

“You climbed mountains, you made movies, you got on stage. You never took off your high heels, and you kept going and that’s why you delight in what you delight in,” they recall.
