I tried the Kardashian viral salads and they are so simple to make.

The sisters’ chef tells the family’s culinary secrets.

Trends may come and go, but anything that never goes out of style for the Kardashians is a smart salad. Sitting in the kitchen, sisters Kim, Kourtney and Khloé Kardashian appear on The Kardashians shaking up their favorite lunch: Health salads. Nut, a Southern California chain.

I recently had the opportunity to chat with the Kardashians’ personal chef, Khristianne Uy, aka Chef K, who says that the family circle “loves all salads. “In fact, Chef K says that when planning a menu for a Kar- For a Jenner occasion or party, salads are “the first order of Mrs. Jenner and her circle of family. “(Nostalgic meals are also a must. )

The Los Angeles-based chef is partnering with Health Nut to launch his new grocery dressings and is sharing some of his favorite recipes that accompany them in a series called Shake It Up with Chef K on Instagram.

Kim loves Chinese Poultry Salad with shredded poultry, dried chow mein noodles, pickled ginger, carrots, and the brand’s signature sesame dressing. Many enthusiasts have tried to make this iconic salad at home over the years, but the hardest part is recreating the dressing.

Now that it’s bottled, with Original House, Spicy Asian, and Ranch dressings, recreating those iconic salads is so much easier. I won the 4 $5 bottles to make Kim’s favorite salad, Kourtney’s order, and Kylie Jenner’s favorite.

Whether you’re busy this season or just need to see what those Kardashian picks are all about, here’s a rating of the sisters’ favorite salad recipes and ones you can check out ASAP.

Kylie and Kendall Jenner’s move to the In-N-Out Burger on The Kardashians is one of my favorite moments from season one, because you can actually say they’re two foodies like me. As much as I appreciate your quick food orders. , I can’t see Health Nut’s possible options, or at least Kylie’s.

According to People, Kylie loves Health Nut’s deluxe salad. She has shredded mozzarella, tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, sunflower seeds, and Original House dressing, but Kylie cuts out the cheese and tomatoes, aka all the fun. She adds shredded poultry for protein. I thought it was a clever salad and the homemade dressing was delicious, but it sure needed some tangy tomatoes. Plus, cutting the cheese doesn’t seem smart.

Poosh, Kourtney’s lifestyle site, has two Health Nut salad recipes that they say are their favorite orders. I tried the first one, which is a protein-rich salad with romaine and iceberg lettuce, shredded carrots, cucumber, avocado, and almonds. and cashews, topped with Health Nut’s House dressing.

There’s a lot of crunch in this salad, which I love, but I also wish there was something else to add to the flavor. For example, tomatoes would have been a smart acidic addition to balance the nuts and simple vegetables. Even if it had risen more, this is an undeniable salad that you can enjoy any day of the week. However, Kourtney likes to mix things up and order her own edition of Cobb salad with Health Nut’s Ranch dressing, shredded carrots, cucumber, vegan bacon bits, and avocado.

When talking about Kardashian salad, they think of Kim’s Chinese Bird Salad: Health Nut’s Chinese Bird Salad. The 43-year-old founder of Skims likes the salad as is, but according to People, Khloe will make some small changes, and the ones will make a difference.

The 39-year-old makes sure to order avocado and organic poultry. Buttery avocado adds something extra to the already delicious Asian-inspired salad. My favorite, the crispy chow mein noodles and sour ginger. The latter elevates this dish beyond the typical. Asian poultry salad. As much as I enjoyed Kim’s order, which is just a Health Nut recipe, Khloe wins the Kar-Jenner crown for most productive flavor.

Rating: 4. 5/5

While some quirky salads with a variety of toppings may be better than others, at the end of the day, you can’t go wrong with an undeniable recipe for lettuce, veggies, and a clever dressing. “I have a fundamental rule in the kitchen: I don’t try to overcome too many barriers because I want [the Kardashians] to be comfortable in their own home,” says Chef K. That’s why they eat salads constantly. They are nostalgic, customizable and undeniable to prepare at home. Do not shake them before dinner.
