Used Car Motors is set to repair the Cazoo logo after the rival market collapsed under control last month, following a drastic restructuring that saw it cut many jobs.
Motors said it acquired the logo and plans to launch a new Caboo app and website.
Cazoo, which was once valued at around £5 billion, appointed its administrators in May after sinking into monetary difficulties.
Despite its demanding situations as a company, Cazoo certainly has a family appeal among car buyers.

It has cut more than 700 jobs since March as a result of sweeping cost-cutting measures.
It was founded in the United Kingdom in 2018 through entrepreneur Alex Chesterman, who is also the founder of the real estate portal Zoopla.
Barry Judge, CEO of Motors, said: “Despite its demanding situations as a company, Cazoo certainly has a family appeal among car buyers.
“We have the experience and stock to turn Cazoo’s new site into a fashion marketplace for used cars. “
Motors said it plans to launch the new app, tracked through the website, in the coming weeks.
There will be more than 250,000 ads for used cars.
Currently, visitors to Cazoo’s online page are redirected to Motors to purchase cars.
Motors, a platform that connects car buyers and dealers, said its own online page will continue to work across its network of sites, adding marketplaces eBay and Gumtree.
Its intermediary partners will be the ones who will launch Cazoo’s car catalog, which benefits from being a well-known brand, he said.
