In recent years, a rural enterprise organization has grown in the city of Anyang, Henan Province, in central China, creating more jobs for local farmers and contributing particularly to their livelihoods.
In a local commercial park, Henan Xuxiaomi Food Co Ltd is busy generating powdered seasoning for poultry.
Li Jingbo, director of the company, said Xuxiaomi has provided employment to more than 200 local farmers and is expected to increase its source of income to a total of 120,000 yuan ($16,583) a year.
Li said the commercial park is currently home to nine rural enterprises, as well as noodle brands, mushroom cultivation machines and electric motors.
The immediate advancement of the retail park has led to an increase in the demand for electricity, and thanks to the local electricity supplier, rural businesses have no worries about it.
“State Grid’s Anyang Power Supply Co. sends staff members to stop at my company and inspect electrical equipment. . . its smart shutdown facilities have boosted my confidence in the company’s long-term growth,” Li said.
During their visits, members also assist consumers with electric power assessments, to properly adjust their generation plans and promote electric energy savings.
According to the company, it is committed to providing high-quality facilities that cover the entire lifecycle of rural enterprises. So far, it has served 3,001 rural enterprises in Anyang, a year-on-year increase of 11. 6 percent.
The company said it will closely monitor the wishes of rural businesses and maintain a robust supply of electric power, further advancing local business modernization.
