A Ukrainian drone strike has broken lines of force in Russia’s southern Kursk region, the governor said.
The attack left the village of Ponyri without electricity.
The regional governor, Roman Starovoit, said the drone had been shot down and repair crews were working to fix the electricity.
As we previously reported, tonight’s missile strike on Odessa is the third carried out by Russian forces since Monday.
The city, especially its port infrastructure, was a common target of Moscow’s war.

On April 29, a Russian missile hit an educational establishment in a beachfront park in the port city, killing at least five other people and injuring 32 others.
Among the injured were eight other people in serious condition, as well as a four-year-old boy, regional governor Oleh Kiper said. A pregnant woman was also injured.
He added that in addition to those who died in the attack, a man later died of a stroke similar to the attack.
Photographs showed the roof of the ornate building destroyed by fire.

Kiper said a Russian missile killed three more people and wounded three others Tuesday night in Odessa.
He said the attack was carried out using a ballistic missile, but did not provide further details.
The attack also targeted civilian infrastructure, he added.
The regional governor, Oleg Kiper, reported that the air raid alarm sounds in Odesa after tonight’s missile attack.
He suggested citizens of the city and the wider region stay on a Telegram post.
Nova Poshta, a Ukrainian postal and courier company, proved that its warehouse had been attacked in Odessa.
The company said none of its employees were injured or killed.
He added that consumers would be compensated for packages destroyed during the strike, which the local government said took place in Russia.
