ADAMS, Minn. — Mayo Clinic Health System will open its Adams clinic this month, the fitness formula announced in a news release.
The clinic offers part-time nursing and laboratory in the city of 683. But after March 15, they’ll transfer to Mayo Clinic’s fitness formula in Austin, 27 miles away. In its press release, the Mayo Clinic said that nearly all patients who use the Adams Clinic go on to number one care appointments in Austin or some other MCHS location.

However, a spokesperson for the Mayo Clinic said the 2018 shutdown was avoided.
“We introduced a new style of physical care delivery that began in May 2018 to keep the facility open and allowed Adams to be scheduled to be visited with an on-site LPN nurse 3 days a week who provided scheduled lab swabs, blood pressure checks, weight management. controls and spikes. flow meter measurements for asthma patients,” the spokesperson said.
