Donald Trump Jr. ‘s hobby project, Field Ethos, is a print magazine, website, retail store and company designed to bring the wonderful outdoors back to the average American.

Founded in 2021 by Trump Jr. and his business partner Jason Vincent, the “outdoor” focused lifestyle magazine attempts to showcase a wild lifestyle, away from the mountains of content and media broadcast around the world. Most of the articles published on the site describe hunting adventures, fishing encounters, and culinary experiences.

The Field Ethos logo has an undeniable aesthetic that appeals to hunting connoisseurs and globetrotters who have the wealth and time for valuable expeditions and equipment; even Field Ethos store mugs start at $29.

While Field Ethos is not considered a political platform, the magazine’s brand does align with many right-leaning views, particularly those of hunters who tend to be more conservative.

The podcast hosted through Trump Jr. with Vincent and Mike Schothrough featured politicians such as South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem (right).

It greatly promotes gun rights and hunting. There are many reviews of gadgets that include rifles, crossbows and other high-end expensive firearms and shooting machines. A review describes the TenPoint Stealth 450 crossbow, which lately sells for more than $2,000.

Field Ethos is far from the only project Trump Jr. is involved in. He founded Winning Team Publishing in 2021, invested in Public Square (an online shopping platform) and is still deeply involved in his father, Donald Trump‘s presidential campaign on social media and TV.

Recently, Don Jr. posted a mocking article about Michelle Obama on social media, sparking controversy online.

Last month, his Florida home was evacuated when a white powder was mailed to him.
