Jan. 12—Hormel Foods Corporation announced it will hold its 2024 annual meeting of stockholders virtually.
The live webcast of the assembly will take place at 6 p. m. m. m. Tuesday, January 30 via www. virtualshareholderassembly. com/HRL2024 and is open to all registered shareholders or owners of common stock of the Company at the close of business on December 1. 2023. La registration on the assembly’s online page begins at 5:00 p. m. , 3:4 p. m. , fifteen minutes before the start of the session.
Shareholders will need the 16-digit number on the Internet Availability Notice, proxy card or commands accompanying the proxy tissues to participate in the Annual Meeting and vote shares electronically. If the shares are held on call by a bank, broker or other registered holder, the voting commands provided through the bank, broker or other registered holder must come with the 16-digit number.
After the general assembly discussions, there will be a question and answer session. Shareholders can submit an enquiry before the meeting in www. proxyvote. com after logging in with the number. Questions can be submitted at the annual meeting via www. virtualshareholderassembly. com/HRL2024.
For those who want to attend who are not stockholders at the close of business, visit www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/HRL2024 and register as a guest. Guests will not be able to vote or submit a question during the meeting.
Once again, gift boxes may be picked up at the SPAM Museum during normal business hours for registered shareholders or favorable owners of the Company’s customary shares at the close of business, beginning Wednesday, January 31, while supplies last.
Have the Internet Availability Notice, the proxy card or the voting commands earned to obtain the gift box. For the SPAM Museum’s opening hours, stop at www. spam. com/museum. Gift boxes can only be picked up at the user and may not be shipped. They must be recovered through the favorable shareholder and cannot be distributed to others. Limited to one gift box per shareholder.
