COS COB, Conn. , Jan. 29, 2024–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment (NASDAQ: CSSE) today announced the formation of a joint venture with FUEL TV, the global leader in action sports content, to create subscription video-on-demand (SVOD) and ad-supported streaming (FAST) channels for the FUEL TV brand. The corporations will combine their respective content catalogs, adding subscription video-on-demand owned by Chicken Soup for Soul Entertainment (SVOD), which FUEL TV SURF, and LiftTicket FUEL TV SNOW. In addition, the company will create two new channels, FUEL TV SKATE and FUEL TV BIKE. These powerful new channels will establish popular new content for action sports.
