Model Claims Fake Adult Baby Fetish Sites Used Her Images to Scam Others

A Colorado model whose adult consumers pay to be treated like toddlers claims fakes have used their photographs to scam others.

Kat Marie, the online personality created through the Denver woman, filed separate lawsuits last fall against two companies, alleging they hijacked her photos in others to trick other unsuspecting people into paying for a service they had never received.

“For years, I’ve been building a business in my own image,” Kat Marie told the Denver Post. “And to have him represented through a fraudulent company is incredibly negative for what I’m doing, because if I’m connected to this scam, other people will take me less seriously.

“There have been many cases where my photographs have been used by users to extract cash from people, and then they’ve been told, ‘Well, Kat Marie is a scammer,’ when they don’t even contact me at all.

Kat Marie works as an adult caregiver for others who need to be treated like children. She wraps her clients in baby blankets and can also replace their diapers. It also satisfies other sexual fetishes, such as kicking men in the genitals.

Besides in-person sessions, she also sells photos and engages in online conversations.

She said her troubles started last year when a website in the United Kingdom began using photos taken from her Instagram account for a fake adult baby fetish service. She alleged the scammers took money from unsuspecting people and didn’t provide a service, and the victims have come after her to repay them, thinking she was committing fraud.

He also said the victims threatened to reveal their true identities if they didn’t get their money back.

For this reason, Kat Marie filed a lawsuit under the name Jane Doe to shield her calling, image and likeness.

She learned about the alleged scam after a man contacted her via social media to ask why she hadn’t contributed after spending thousands of dollars through CashApp.
