Chapel of Calvary of the Tri-Cities

Calvary Chapel is building an expansion of the space: a new meeting room, sanctuary, study rooms and cafeteria on the west side of its existing school building.
Hummel Construction and Development LLC is the general contractor for the two-story, 45,616-square-foot project. DKEI Architectural Services is the architect.
The city of Kennewick approved the $6 million project in late 2022. Construction is ongoing.
Automatic Zone (Extension)

AutoZone, the Memphis, Tennessee-based auto portion retailer, is building an 18,850-square-foot warehouse in addition to its existing retail operation in downtown Kennewick.
The addition is expected to serve five 18-wheel deliveries per week as well as three to four hub vans serving sister stores in the region per day. The store serves 1,844 walk-in customers per week, which is not expected to change, according to a checklist submitted under the State Environmental Policy Act.

Local Bounti Northwest LLC, an indoor agricultural company based in Livingston, Montana, focused on lettuce and other vegetables (except cannabis), shifted gears at its Pasco greenhouse. Once the construction envelope is completed, the company is building the interior of its 242,115 square meters. -Foot cultivation facility.
It is near East Lewis and “A” streets east of Pasco.
Local Bounti, a publicly traded company, provided an update on its progress in Pasco in its third-quarter monetary report, released in late October. Here’s what he said:
The design of the greenhouse is now complete and paintings on the overhead and underground infra-design are moving forward. Once completed, the facility will feature 3 acres of greenhouse area that will be supported by multiple stack areas. The facility will help the company’s distribution functions in the Pacific Northwest and is still expected to begin operations in early the first quarter of 2024, reflecting the company’s resolve to conduct a phased design to accommodate deployment. in service from its Texas facility in the fourth quarter of 2023.
Surfing through the Car Wash

This task is still visual, but the guaranteed highly visual location at the northwest corner of Queensgate Drive and Columbia Park Trail will motivate many “What is it?”when the structure’s machinery arrives at the structure site.
Surf Thru, which is also planning a car wash on Highway 395 in Kennewick, is preparing to build a 5,400-square-foot car wash on a 1. 28-acre lot it purchased earlier this year.
Richland decided it would not have a significant environmental impact, according to documents filed under the state’s Environmental Policy Act.
Legacy landing

West Richland Retail, Office, Coffee
1450 Shooting Range Road
Off Bombing Range Road, on Paradise Road, a complex of three shops and buildings is taking shape, the cornerstone of which is the Swigg Coffee Bar.
The allotment is next to a gas station and a Circle K convenience store, across from Yoke’s Fresh Market. SVN Commercial Real Estate Advisors is the leasing agent.
Richland Rentals
Affinity at Badger Mountain, 2291 Storehouse Ave. , off Dallas Road and Interstate 82, is a 170-unit apartment community geared toward seniors. The $30 million complex is double the Affinity projects in Kennewick and Pasco.
