Lula, at a press conference in Germany on Monday (4), said that Brazil would invite Putin to the G20 meetings in 2024, but that “it has a process” and “must evaluate the consequences. “

Lula had previously stated on September 9 that Putin was not at risk of being arrested if he traveled to Brazil. Brazil assumed the presidency of the G20 last Friday.
