An innovative yeast blend designed to ensure palatability will be a feature of several plant-based products in 2024

(“CULT” or the “Company”) (CSE: CULT) (OTC: CULTF) (FRA: LN0), a pioneer in the investment, development, and commercialization of cellular agriculture technologies and products, is pleased to announce the highlights and commercialization plans for its third proprietary ingredient, a yeast blend called Bmeaty™.
Palletity is the number one fear of meatless puppy brands, as well as corporations developing cell-cultured meats for dogs and cats. Bmeaty provides meatless treats and foods with the meaty™, umami flavor that dogs and cats love. It contains about 40% protein, and is also a source of B nutrients and nutritional fiber, all of which are necessary for a cat or dog’s daily diet.
Bmeaty™ is made using a number one fermentation and fractionation procedure. Once the yeast is brewed in fermentation tanks, scientists break down the moving wall of the yeast using a hydrolysis procedure. The extract, hydrolyzed yeast and a carrier yeast form the new ingredient.
Bmeaty™ joins a suite of proprietary ingredients developed through CULT. Bmmune® is a nutritional yeast combined with fermented protein that provides pets with a variety of fitness benefits, adding improved digestion, immune formula support, and overall cognitive and core fitness.
