MIAMI (AP) — Former President Donald Trump will appear Tuesday in federal court in Miami at Wilkie D. Ferguson.
He visited the “sensitive, compartmentalized data center,” where, according to the resources, he and his attorney were reviewing court records.
Trump appeared in federal court in Miami in June for his classified documents case.
The indictment accuses Trump of illegally withholding documents after leaving the White House in 2021 and then obstructing the government’s efforts to retrieve the documents.
He pleaded guilty and denied any wrongdoing.
