Square Enix has announced a new box box of vinyl from the Kingdom Hearts soundtrack. It can be pre-ordered now at Square Enix eSTORE. The three-disc collection includes a new song from the upcoming Kingdom Hearts 4, which was used in the game’s trailer. The set will cost 16,500 yen (about $125) and is scheduled for release on March 22, 2023.
The new included track is called “Reality in the Dark,” and this is the song that was used in the Kingdom Hearts Four reveal trailer. The upcoming access to the Action RPG series was revealed at Kingdom Hearts’ 20th anniversary birthday party in April 2022. .
The collection is a component of the product line celebrating the twentieth anniversary of the Kingdom Hearts franchise. the songs included are classics such as “Dearly Beloved”, “Dive into the Heart -Destati-“, “Traverse Town” and “CHIKAI -KINGDOM Orchestra Instrumental Version-“. The song collection comes with a special performance card showcasing Sora’s expansion from the original Kingdom Hearts to his latest incarnation in Kingdom Hearts 4, as well as a plethora of iconic characters from the series.
Kingdom Hearts 4 is lately in development. A mobile spin-off, Kingdom Hearts Missing-Link is coming to Android and Apple iOS devices. Its closed beta test in Japanese will take place from January 13 to 18, 2023. Pre-orders for the Kingdom Hearts Soundtrack vinyl box will now be held in Japan prior to its debut on March 22, 2023.
