DYERSBURG, Tenn. – A new physical care service will be offered for Dot Foods workers in Dyersburg.
According to a press release, Dot Foods Family Health Center began seeing patients in recent weeks, providing its workers with “access to affordable, high-quality health care. “
“Taking care of our workers and their loved ones is one of the top vital responsibilities we do,” said Matt Holt, Dot’s vice president of human resources. “We are a family business circle. And from day one, our co-founders Robert and Dorothy Tracy sought to treat their workers like a circle of relatives. Our best-in-class benefits package is one of the tactics we use for that. We added our first on-site/nearby healthcare facility in 2013 to our Georgia distribution center, and are excited to open our seventh clinic here at our Dyersburg location.
He said the center will care for employees, their spouses and dependent children.
“There’s not much more vital than your fitness and your well-being,” Holt said. Dot’s purpose with these Family Health Centers is to help our workers and their loved ones in their fitness adventure by removing some of the barriers that can make it difficult to get the care they need. We provide access to high-quality, personalized and affordable fitness. facilities. Many popular facilities are loose when workers stop at the family circle gym, and if there is a cost, it is usually very low. Employees can use cash from their fitness savings account or payroll deduction to cover the bill.
The center opened at 2045 St. John Avenue. It will be open from 8 a. m. to 5 p. m. , Monday through Friday.
