Grey’s Anatomy star Jesse Williams has joined season 3 of the Hulu series Only Murders in the Building.
The actor will have a recurring role on the hit comedy-drama television series, created through Steve Martin and John Hoffman, Deadline reported.
Williams will play a documentary filmmaker interested in the case Mabel Mora, Charles Haden-Savage and Oliver Putnam, played through the show’s lead trio, Selena Gomez, Martin and Martin Short, are working on.
Produced through 20th Television, Only Murders in the Building garnered 17 Primetime Emmy nominations for its season and won three.
Co-authors and writers Martin and Hoffman are also generating the exhibit with Short, Gomez, This Is Us author Dan Fogelman and Jess Rosenthal.
The series was renewed for a third season in July.
Williams, who earned a Tony Award nomination in her Broadway debut in this year’s Tony-winning revival of Take Me Out, will next be seen in Your Place or Mine with Reese Witherspoon. He will also return to Broadway for the new extended series of Invite Me Out.
