The Indiana Department of Health is a COVID-19 vaccination and booster clinic on Mondays and Tuesdays at Sherwood Oaks Christian Church in Bloomington.
According to a press release from the Monroe County Health Department, the number one and booster vaccines from Moderna and Pfizer will be available, as will flu shots, to others five years and older.
The Monday clinic is 8 a. m. A p. m. h. et on Tuesday will be from 10 a. m. to 6 p. m.
No appointment is required, however, making one can expect on-site times. Visit www. ourshot. in. gov or call Indiana 211 at 866-211-9966 to make an appointment.
Participants will need to bring their COVID vaccination card, photo ID or proof of age, and insurance information, if available. Your insurance may be charged a payment for the application.
Sherwood Oaks Christian Church is at 2700 E. Rogers Road.
