HOUSTON, Sept. 1, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Jereh’s 33 MW cellular fuel turbine generator set has been effectively deployed to Utah’s oil fields to supply solid power for a 16-well fracking operation marking its fifth allocation in the United States. The Jereh turbine generator set has now totalled 2500 operating hours, demonstrating its remarkable functionality in terms of superior force, fast movement, effective assembly and stability.
The Jereh turbine generator set is called Power2Go because of its mobility features, fast and easy to install. much more effective in assembling fast-moving desires.
Compared to a general generator set that can only operate with more than 50% of the maximum power, Jereh Power2Go can help a solid operation of 0 to 100% of the load diversity with a real operating load as low as 0. 2 MW. It achieved a solid operation with a maximum fluctuation of 10 MW, avoiding emergency stops due to a wide diversity of load fluctuations. while Jereh’s 33 MW fuel turbine generator set was still running stably.
It is worth mentioning that high-temperature, high-altitude environments can soften the heat dissipation capacity and force output of turbine generator assemblies. However, Jereh’s Power2Go has withstood excessive environmental verification and achieved a solid operation with a force output of no less than 24 MW in Midland, Texas, with 113°F heat and dust, and in Utah, with heat of 104°F and 5,600 feet above sea level.
Jereh’s fuel turbine generator set can be widely used in the progression of oil and fuel and other commercial electric fields to generate a source of force for simultaneous 24-hour fracturing operations of high displacement and high pressure.
