Applicants must have a master’s degree in Japanese language pedagogy or other applicable fields with usually at least 3 years of experience in japanese as a foreign language training at all levels of higher education. They also deserve to be aware of the existing trends in language training and assessment method, and possess a native or near-native command of Japanese and intelligent English communication skills. The designee is expected to deliver a variety of language courses in other degrees, expand new courses, and design original training structures and assessment procedures.
