VK President Vladimir Putin visited schoolchildren in Kaliningrad on Thursday and delivered a speech encouraging them to give up on their dreams. The Russian leader’s not-so-cheerful message was hidden in a long monologue he delivered on an occasion to mark Knowledge Day, a kicking holiday outside the school year. Over the course of more than an hour of answering questions likely written by schoolchildren, Putin, when asked who his mentors were, seemed to briefly express feelings.
