Historically, pop culture has been formed through athletes and artists. While subcultures actively organize movements and put Americans in the spotlight, those celebrities have influenced the values, interests, and lifestyles of other young people for generations.
For giant corporations and media corporations, in addition to relentless efforts to create state-of-the-art products, the challenge was to find biological and effective tactics to engage in culture, while also providing successful campaigns and partnerships with truly extensive social media. impact.
In an era of infinite possibilities, culture is shaping up through disruptors; those who have the skills, vision and cultural intelligence to rethink industries. Business models are being reinvented and classic barriers to access have been removed. Millennials have not only replaced the task market, but have also altered the classic way of thinking. In fact, advising today’s business leaders and motivating tomorrow’s innovators, it is imperative to identify the new culture that will shape the new economy. That’s where PTTOW! comes in.
PTTOW! is a network of invitation-only clubs that brings together the most influential CEOs, CMOs and cultural change makers who are shaping the world of tomorrow. Taking a stand on April 4 and 5 in a personal place, this year’s theme is “Impossible Journeys”, PTTOW 2016!The summit will consist of approximately 48 teams and 12 spark sessions that will bring together combined leaders from 70 industries.
I spoke with Roman and John about the PTTOW! inspiration, their technique for connecting world leaders, this year’s Summit, and their project to reimagine and rethink the global.
With the convergence of music, media and generation more remarkable than ever and seeing teams like social media reveal and have an effect on everyone’s problems, what encouraged the creation of PTTOW!and what opportunity did he discover?
PTTOW! comes from us simply detecting a need. It’s not because we were so wise and had a wonderful business idea, but rather because we spotted a gap. The long term of our global population, global economy and global culture is in the hands of the next generation. upheavals afflicting societies around the world, while we also see industries absolutely disrupted from the outside; so it’s the best storm. We think, how can all this take a stand and there is no position to bring all those disruptors and industries together to expand concepts and partnerships that will have a genuine social impact? All of our members are either CEOs, CMOs or cultural icons, who jointly represent the most influential minds and brands expanding across all 70 industries. We account for more than $82 billion in annual media spending, accounting for more than one-third of the global media buying force.
The annual summit is the ultimate identification of your business. What are the other elements of PTTOW!?
Like any other business, most of our paintings are done in a circular fashion. We bring members together several times a year to first create genuine friendships, then build acceptance as true with our members to forge business relationships naturally. We realize that our members’ greatest valuable asset is their time and resources, which is why we create environments of immeasurable price that produce effects that have never been noticed before. What we build are healing groups. We are looking for other strategies to empower network members so that PTTOW! in fact, a circular experience of one year. PTTOW! has a philosophy of originality. Most business relationships are transactional and not personal. If you take the transactional approach, you usually eliminate all the big concepts in a room. We implore all our members to believe in the great concept and what has never happened before. By living this experience, you actually create something original and invaluable, you know who someone is as a person. Chance concepts are great, but it is the unexpected concepts that lead to revolution.
Its 250-person club includes some of the world’s toughest business leaders, artistic thinkers and cultural influencers. How does PTTOW! challenge them and expand their potential?
A major focal point across industries is creating meaningful engagement and memorable reports that have a truly impactful message: What a PTTOW approach!take to combine other industries and have leaders create those reports.
One of the main questions that we are exploring is how do we take advantage of the world of fandoms that take advantage of all these incredible opportunities? What will make consumers much more loyal, engaged and motivated to act? This is a vital facet of PTTOW!, uniting high-profile business leaders with cultural influencers to bridge the gap. You could have the CEO of a top 10 sensible global company, but they relate to Bobby Hundreds because his attitude is just as key in those conversations. Everyone learns new tactics one and both days. Even other people who are already established can progress. We will be offering both one and both the opportunity to prioritize the sensitive highs that are most vital to them. You need this diversity of thought, and you need to avoid groupthink, because when one and both agree, little gets accomplished. If you don’t have different, respectful, and considerate opinions, what are you really going to accomplish? Often, other people come in thinking that they will only get wonderful information, but they also temporarily acknowledge that there are some common ground and very shared methods that they are aware of. Decision makers and creators are combined in one room. The outlook has been exponentially greater. In fact, we emphasize that these are not launch sessions. It is a very relaxed and informal atmosphere. We ask two attractive facts about both one person. We focus on human elements so that other people can build from that human element.
With so many tough industry players receiving praise, how do you eliminate ego and tame an area where other people need to pay attention to each other and be informed of each other?
Many other people and companies say they are committed to doing this kind of upgrade and achieving an effect on a global scale, but very few have. What is PTTOW!The merit and ability to be so effective?
It’s not just about exercising our mind’s eye and fostering an idealistic way of thinking, PTTOW!lead by example. We create an environment and network that thrives on collaboration, sharing varied perspectives to shape well-balanced methods for expanding impactful projects and movements. We are about to act. Our members lean on others and think of others, creating an unconventional format that produces unconventional results. We practice radical inclusion and provide useful information anywhere we can. We believe there is a biological way to start those conversations in a much more impactful way.
It’s simple to think of things to take away for PTTOW! It’s having an incredibly valuable network of leaders across industries and no capital limit. What is the real goal and gain advantages of PTTOW?
We simply think we have a higher calling. This vocation is to leave this world bigger than we discovered it. Having a higher vocation, we will have to make our members travel. It is no coincidence that we are hosting the Summit in an inspiring location overlooking the ocean. It’s no coincidence that the other people we bring in combination are other people who reposition the world. It is no accident that we remind members that they too have a higher calling and it is about taking responsibility. It is no coincidence that we apply the technique that if it is not us, then who? We need everyone who becomes a member and attends our Summit to ask the same question: how can we leave global in a better position than when we discovered it? That’s why we host special ceremonies at the Summit, like the Nelson Mandela Change-Makers Awards and the Icon Awards. This year, we honor Michael Bloomberg, considering him an icon for his immeasurable influence as a three-term mayor, media mogul, and philanthropist. We also pay triyete to heroes like Ambassador Pierre Prosper, US Ambassador for War Crimes, guilty of turning rape into an act of genocide. Other icons we celebrate include RED CEO Deb Dugan, noted freestyle motocross champion Robbie Maddison, and Sarah Jessica Parker, who almost raised a generation. Other Change-Maker Award recipients include RYOT co-discoverers David Darg and Bryan Mooser, and Christy Turlington Burns, who discovered Every Mother Counts. We celebrate and empower these Americans not because of their fame or stature, but because of their significant contributions to culture and the global economy. Our goal is for social media to have an effect and we will continue to empower, enlighten and motivate members to invent new tactics to shape the global for the greater good.
