It is possible that more than a dozen new apartments will be built in a disused old kindergarten in Walsall. Developer Jatinder Samra has submitted proposals to Walsall Council planners to create a new block of 14 two-bedroom apartments on Lichfield Road in Bloxwich.
The site, at the junction with Stoney Lane, was once the home of Millfields Nursery, which has since moved to be founded at Walsall Academy later. The old nursery building was demolished a few years ago and the site has remained empty ever since.
