Streaming giant Disney has fallen in love with thousands of paying users for the premium service, according to reports.
Subscribers say they encounter a cursed error code when they search the site.
Thousands of consumers report 403 banned error codes to Downdetector.
These error signals are due to faulty authorization systems in the appearance of the site administrator; they are not the subscriber’s fault.
More than a portion of the reports imply that the online page fails, while about a quarter of consumers can use the platform but can’t stream video.
Disney’s official social media accounts have not discussed or explained the outage.
But Disney left a comment in a Downdetector thread:
“Thank you all for your patience, I am a Disney plus representative. It turns out that they are down, possibly it would depend on their location. But we are aware of it and lately we are using it. “
“Serious about @DisneyPlus and no updates from them. I hope they will reimburse their followers,” one frustrated visitor wrote on Twitter.
“Why is Disney sad when I go out to see a movie?” the Twitter user added.
Reports of outages peaked at 12:00 p. m. this evening.
Disney Platforms all the intellectual assets of the Walt Disney Company.
