Death of Employee at New Ohio AES Substation Near Tipp City Under Investigation

July 1: An investigation is underway into the death last week of a contract employee who fell headfirst into a 10-1/2-foot-deep hole at the site of an Ohio AES substation under construction. The victim known as Bradley Fritz, 36, of Winchester, Indiana, through the Miami County Sheriff’s Office. His cause of death is pending. Attendees and caregivers were called around 1:30 p. m. on June 21.
