Dan Fitzgerald never tried to be anything other than himself at each and every level of his school baseball career. A perfect developer and recruiter at Dallas Baptist, his program earned the fifth-highest win in the country in 2015 at 21. An elite recruiter at LSU, who resulted in the first elegance of hiring in 2022. But most importantly for him, he has been an exceptional teammate. It’s been about the team. This is what builds an original culture.
