The Russians attacked several Ukrainian cities with missiles on Tuesday night.
In the western city of Lviv, 3 electrical substations were damaged. The city experienced power cuts after an airstrike, according to Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyi. At least one user was injured in the attack.
Two missiles flying over the southwestern Ukrainian town of Vinnytsia and one heading towards Kyiv were shot down by Ukrainian forces.
There have been missile movements in the central regions of Kirovohrad and the mountainous regions of Transcarpathia. It is the first attack on Zakarpattia since the beginning of the war.
The city of Soumy also went through several rocket launchers and mortars on Tuesday.
At least 14 passenger trains were blocked on Tuesday because Russian missiles hit six stations in central and western Ukraine, causing “serious” infrastructure.

More than 150 evacuees from the Azovstal metallurgical plant in Mariupol arrived in the Ukrainian-controlled city of Zaporizhzhia on Tuesday. Hundreds of other women, young and old, as well as 40 wounded Ukrainian soldiers, remain trapped under the rubble.

Putin, in turn, informed Macron about the progress of the “special operation on donbass” and the evacuation of civilians “held by nationalists” from the Azovstal plant.
