BTS’s “Map of the Soul: 7 ~The Journey~” has been rated silver in the UK!
On May 20 local time, the British Phonographic Industry (BPI) announced that BTS’s 2020 Japanese album “Map of the Soul: 7~The Journey~” had won an official BRIT silver certification, becoming their tenth album in this feat.
In particular, “Map of the Soul: 7~The Journey~” is BTS’s first Japanese album to pass silver in the UK.
According to BPI’s certification thresholds, albums are rated silver with 60,000 games sold, while singles are rated silver with 200,000 games sold.
BTS has already earned BRIT silver certifications for their Korean albums “Love Yourself: Answer,” “Map of the Soul: Persona,” “Love Yourself: Tear,” “Map of the Soul: 7,” “Love Yourself: Her,” “Face Yourself,” “Life’s Most Beautiful Moment: Young Forever,” “You Never Walk Alone,” and “WINGS. “
