Jackson plans to replace short-term rental policies

At Jamesson, overlays come with the indicated spaces surrounding the city square and the Snow King Resort. Naturally, Sinclair said he gets a lot of court cases from neighbors about conditions like this.

City officials admit their council is a minor update that will likely have minimal impact on the housing crisis, but they also said it could make a difference in preserving existing areas.

For housing advocates, the debate revolves around the values of the Jackson Hole community.
