Great site! I expect the developers to coordinate the widening and rehabilitation of Otterdale Road, the remaining segment will be advanced between Hull Street Road and Wooldridge Road.

Not bad!. Otterdale has a lot of potential for progression, but he wants to expand seriously. Even though they can’t do 4 lanes, they can at least do two wide lanes with a center turn like Pouncey Tract west of Nuckols to Henrico.

This same developer lost its subdivision of 68 homes in Powhatan County when it didn’t need to build a curved lane for Holly Hills and the shoulders on Page Road.

I think Otterdale Road deserves to have 4 lanes.

They recently proposed to build a motorcycle trail segment along the front of this proposed development. But I sent a message to Chesterfeild asking him to make the new motorcycle trail bigger through the existing community to prevent the trail from being a solitary segment cut. go nowhere.
