In March, automotive organization Titus-Will introduced an online channel for consumers in the Domain of Puget Sound, Washington, to acquire digitally generated used cars powered by Cox Automotive’s Esntial Commerce platform.
On Wednesday, Capital Automotive Group, with 29 full-service dealerships in the Carolinas, made a decision, leveraging the same technology as Cox.
Capital’s tool is called RideShift and is designed to be a fully online, automated, used vehicle e-commerce across 20 attractive locations.
It allows consumers to find, finance and purchase a vehicle in minutes and schedule vehicle delivery or curbside pickup, based on the buyer’s wishes.
RideShift uses Cox Automotive’s Esntial Commerce generation to advise the customer through the purchase process. It integrates a wide variety of Cox Automotive platforms into a centralized, complicated tool for both the store and the customer.
AI-powered purchasing features and patent-pending financial automation can allow consumers to view pre-qualified invoices for vehicles in inventory and shop across make, model, price, and monthly budget.
“We know that our consumers are exclusive and need to make buying a car more convenient: less haggling, less trouble and fewer negotiations. RideShift facilitates the vehicle purchase transaction and allows our dealership to serve consumers who might have no idea about us. “before this option by purchasing entirely online,” RideShift COO Curtis Driver said in a press release.
“The automotive industry is not immune to disruption, whether it’s the chain of origin or new players, demonstrating why innovation and resilience are critical to business longevity. RideShift enables Capital Automotive Group to turn our business into a true e-commerce provider and has localized to be at the forefront of this market transition,” continued Driver.
Capital Automotive Group said RideShift will participate in a regional customer crusade with former Carolina Panthers soccer star Luke Kuechly.
Through announcements, kuechly’s partnership with RideShift will showcase key benefits, including:
— Ease of purchase, comparisons and automated financing with accurate payments
— Secure and secure environment to complete and signal all transaction documents and make invoices remotely
— AI-powered generation bid pricing at the vehicle point and the entire transaction structure
— 20 delivery centers in North Carolina for pickup or delivery needs and service
– Seven-day return policy, maximum 500 miles, three-month or three thousand-mile warranty and loose shipping within the Carolinas and delivery available in the continental United States.
“With RideShift, Capital Automotive Group consumers have undeniable and flexible procurement features, such as curbside pickup or delivery,” said Kuechly, who still lives in North Carolina. “RideShift’s diversity of convenient features for consumers, far beyond those of the new market players, allows consumers to shop the way they need it, when they need it and where they need it, while doing business with others they know and trust. “
Serving the Carolinas for approximately 4 decades, Capital Automotive Group’s brands include:
“RideShift complements our efforts to build a physically powerful and sustainable automotive industry in the Carolinas that is affordable, profitable and fair to all involved,” said Lindsey Michael Longo, RideShift’s chief operating officer. “As with all Capital Automotive Group initiatives, those are products, for our consumers and the community.
