The organization is making radical adjustments and giving more strength to meetings and schools. Finding someone to lead in the midst of all this hustle and bustle is a challenge. However, some interested in school sports still believe that it will be mandatory to have the most sensible leadership with a global vision for an organization that emphasizes the importance of education.
