El Paso citizens continue to venture into concerts, truck shows, and art exhibits as the coronavirus pandemic stabilizes.

Here’s what will happen this week if you want to spend a fun night in El Paso County.

Ricardo Arjona: Guatemalan singer-songwriter Ricardo Arjona will offer his Black and White tour in El Paso on April 1 at the Don Haskins Center. Tickets, ranging from $54 to $95, can be obtained at https://www. ticketmaster. com/

Art at the service of the homeless: from 6 p. m. a 11 p. m. On Fridays and Saturdays, Manfred Strobach organizes a solo exhibition, “Doodles For Hunger,” at Amano Artist Co-op, 210 Poplar St. (https://www. instagram . com/amano_collective/), with the goal of raising budget to purchase 50 backpacks and fill them with essentials for the homeless community. There will be a random draw of one of his works and other works through him will be on sale. . There is a minimum donation of $5. Music visitors will perform. Mobile puppy adoptions from 10 a. m. to 2 p. m. Saturday at the Municipal Service Center, 7968 São Paulo Drive.

Trinity Site: White Sands Missile Range will open Trinity Site to the public on Saturday. Trinity Site is where the world’s first atomic bomb was tested at 5:29 am on July 16, 1945. Stallion Gate will be open from 8 a. m. to 2 p. m. Visitors arriving at the gate between those hours will be allowed to drive unescorted the 17 miles to the Trinity site. The road is paved and marked.

It closes at 3:30 p. m. Sharpening. Due to the conversion of cases around COVID-19 restrictions, no evidence of vaccination or reservations is required to attend, according to a press release. Free.
