(NYSE: UBER) announce a new global strategic partnership for the delivery of convenience products, expanding their existing local agreements to succeed more consumers around the world. Together, the partners will offer a wide diversity of quality convenience products, adding new diversities and lists of selected outlets.
With 20,500 bp retail outlets worldwide and 550 million consumers living within 20 minutes of a bp retail site, the partners see great opportunities for growth. Bp sites offer a diversity of products tailored to local markets that would possibly come with hot, bloodless beverages. Fast food includes commodities, new products and ready meals, as well as wine, beer and flowers.
bp will take advantage of Uber’s global logo footprint and operations, best-in-class generation for order shipping, and more than 4. 4 million drivers and couriers on the platform worldwide.
As part of the deal, Uber Eats and bp will work to introduce delivery features in bp’s own app, BPme, originally planned to be available in the UK, US and UK. The U. S. and Australia through the end of 2023, powered through Uber Direct. This new offering will allow bp to link its consumers directly with courier-couriers, making Uber Eats the trusted component for fulfilling those orders. Since 2019, bp has tripled the number of users of the BPme app, with 16 million active loyalty users worldwide.
