The dining room will occupy 80,000 feet on two floors in the mall and feature rotating kitchens, such as classic French, Mediterranean, Asian and American dishes, to accompany immersive and dynamic art exhibits from around the world.

Burkard also said it would lend to creators and influencers on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

Other celebrity chefs will have ghost cooking concepts, Burkard said.

“There are a lot of them on the West Coast, and we need to be the first company to bring it to Stamford as a sandbox to check out some other uses,” Burkard said.
Burkard said that Stamford is “the best location” for the dining room and the art exhibit, especially given the volume and traffic passing through the city and I-95. He hopes that area can be a destination for other people. not only locally, but also in the tri-state region and even around the world.
“This allocation will have a very big impact on Stamford as a whole. We will create more than 500 jobs in the market and invest more than $20 million,” Burkard said.
The EHG hopes to marry a local university that may wish to have a satellite campus at STC to teach academics about some of the design paintings and media parts of space, as well as the overall control of a giant attraction.
An English culinary academy can also reap benefits for students, Burkard said.
Burkard hopes EHG can create the wave of hospitality with a community-centered model.
“We do everything to be a collaborative environment where everyone wins,” he said.
There will be an official announcement soon, STC CHIEF Executive Dan Stolzenbach told Patch.
