Dax Shepard shared his trick to put his daughter to sleep.
In an interview with People, the 46-year-old said he recently figured out a way to put his daughter to sleep right away.
“I understood that if I scratch my youngest daughter’s head incredibly hard — her request — she runs out of blood in 90 seconds,” he told the post in a video.
However, the father of two added that he had also recently suffered from telling his children that they simply watched TV.
“I gave a result ‘no TV for the weekend’, which then turned out to be a barbaric punishment for us,” he said.
Shepard’s wife, actress Kristen Bell, added, “Yes, never again. “
Bell went on to talk about some of the things she wishes she had known before she had a father.
“I think they’re smaller people, right?Possibly they would be less noisy. And they’re not,” he said.
“The volume is 3 times that of a general user, and the challenge is that it’s not just the volume, it’s the consistency of the noise. It’s like having NPR on all the time, therefore two NPR stations on all the time. However, if only there were questions. No answers, no funny stories, just all the questions. And that’s a lot.
Shepard added: “I wish they had let me know I would never have anything smart again.
“It would have been a warning. If you like that there are no crumbs or toys on the floor, say goodbye.
“The faster you get to settle for going live in a pigsty and everything will be vaguely damaged; the faster you can settle for that, the happier the experience will be. We fought for about six months.
