Esports Entertainment Group has announced its goal of winning over to sports operator Bethard, and the agreement is expected to be finalized and closed until July 1, 2021.
Bethhard has licenses in Spain and Sweden, which will allow Esports to download game licenses in both countries.
The deal ended as a component of a transaction involving $19. 5 million in money and 12% of the net profit percentage of Esports games at Bethard over the next two years.
According to Gambling Insider, Esports Entertainment Group CEO Grant Johnson said: “This is another wonderful addition to Esports Entertainment Group that particularly increases our revenue and emerging markets. With this transaction, we plan to obtain two new game licenses, adding one in the strategically vital Swedish market. At the end of the license move, we will have six point one licenses ».
