In January and February, Kazunari Yoshida, a worker at a shipping company, allegedly defrauded the 29-year-old woman of a total of 4. 6 million yen.
“I win with stocks and the foreign exchange market, ” he said, “Would you like to invest?”
During his arrest, suspected of fraud, Yoshida said: “I won the money, there are discrepancies [in the allegations].
According to police, Yoshida met with him at a twinning app in December last year.
The suspect told police that the cash he received from the woman “was used to gamble. “
