San Luis Obispo County added 181 new COVID-19s over the weekend, bringing the county total to 6,310 shown as of November 30.
According to the Department of Public Health, 8 other people are hospitalized, adding an extensive care patient. Another 882 people are recovering at home and fitness officials say another 5,381 people have recovered.
San Luis Obispo County reported two new deaths on Monday, bringing the county total to 38 deaths attributed to COVID-19.
Recent deaths affected others over the age of 60 and 80, any of whom suffered from underlying fitness problems, depending on public fitness.
Breakdown of case by location:
The location of 15 additional instances is being investigated and an additional seven are indexed as “other”, including communities with fewer than five instances. The Department of Public Health identifies those places.
The COVID-19 network sites are open to the public lately in Nipomo, Arroyo Grande, San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles and Morro Bay.
