Officers were called to Marine Parade on the city beach shortly before 6. 30 a. m. on Saturday October 24 following reports of a single car accident involving a Citroen.

Police said no one was injured in the incident and that male driving force had been treated for several traffic violations.

The vehicle remained in the arena for about five hours and recovered at 11:20 a. m. that morning.

In a statement, Great Yarmouth City Council said: “The vehicle arrived here from the perspective of remodeling the center of the marina and crossed the side panels of the beach to end up on the beach.

“The driving force was the only user affected and the on-site safety company took the mandatory steps to organize the car’s recovery.

“The challenge was temporarily resolved and the broken panels were repaired. “
