Problem solved, right? Not yet. Given the rules of social distance and the lack of technological delight of its customers, the next phase of the operation was to discover how to put tablets (and education about their use) in the hands of other people who needed them.To trump this problem, Eileen’s team met with consumers at Goodwill’s car parks and made behind-the-wheel transfers.

Each consumer was assigned a case manager and employment specialist who can advise them on tablets and complete bureaucracy for task programs, task programs, and access to social services.For more training, they benefited from online virtual classrooms.

“Everyone deserves a job, but they also deserve to live in a network and in a society where they struggle with a pay me check instead of a payout check,” Aparis said.”Even though the pandemic has forced us to fire some of our employees, helping them remains our mission.”
