COVID-19: 3rd case shown on Pleasantville exhibition site

At one point, the priest tested positive for COVID-19 at a church in Westchester where many others were potentially exposed for 4 days of service.

There have now been 3 cases shown at Holy Innocents Catholic Church, located at 431 Bedford Road in Pleasantville: two priests and one church member.

Anyone who has attended the following facilities will have to be quarantined, as required by the New York State Department of Health, for 14 days (regardless of a negative COVID-19 test) from the last stopover in the Church on those days:

Tests will be conducted at Phelps Hospital, nearly 701 North Broadway, Sleepy Hollow, according to the Westchester County Department of Health.

Phelps is open on Saturday, September 5, Sunday, September 6 and Monday, September 7, 9 a.m.4:30 p.m.

Patients should go to Phelps Hospital and go to the emergency department, and then they will see symptoms indicating the control tent.

Stay in the car and drive in that direction until you succeed on site, the fitness department said.

Patients should then identify themselves as components of the church organization for testing.

No appointments required.

Contacts, i.e. secondaryly exposed persons, are not lately threatened and will not be quarantined.
