BEACH VERO – A police officer said a prominent local lawyer hit two parked cars, a tree and an application box in the city in a while before being arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol on Saturday night.

Police said in the report that Vocelle, of Dolphin Drive, crashed his silver vehicle from the 2018 Lexus game app on the street near his home around 5:30 p.m.

Senior Police Officer Darrell Rivers said the cars were parked near the road and there were no power outages due to the crash at the request box.
A traffic quote from the Vero Beach Police Department said the assets exceeded $5,000.
An affidavit of arrest written by Agent James Ooley stated that officials discovered Vocelle in the van driver’s seat when they arrived at the scene of the turn of fate on Dolphin Drive.
Vocelle was taken to Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital, where Ooley said he had attempted to do blood tests to if Vocelle was weakened.
Ooley said he gave Vocelle orders on the state’s implicit consent law and read him a discovery in Florida’s driver’s licenses that says, “Driving a motor vehicle is the consent for any sobriety check required by law.”
After his third and final refusal to have a blood test, Ooley said vocelle had been taken for a medical examination.
When he left the hospital at approximately 9:30 p.m., he arrested him and placed him in a criminal on $1,000 bail.
Prison records showed he was released at nine o’clock in the morning on August 30.
A record of a hearing on Monday in Indian River County court records, and Vocelle has an indictment scheduled for September 29.

Vocelle’s grandfather, attorney James Vocelle, played a decisive role in founding the county in 1925 at the age of 28.He then held positions in government while being a non-public friend of the governors.
Vocelle’s father, L.B.” Buck” Vocelle, a local circuit issues a lawsuit about who dealt with large-scale criminal cases.
Both were prominent figures in a circle of relatives they revered in 2006 as the pioneering circle of relatives of the year in Indian River County.
