Health care was one of the main problems in last year’s Democratic presidential primary, and the crusade of so-called Democratic candidate Joe Biden believes it is a winning factor in the general election standoff in opposition to the president.

Trump in 2016 campaigned heavily on the promise to overturn the Affordable Care Act, which provides health insurance to those who cannot otherwise afford it, but so far an effort to do so in Congress failed.
Last month, Trump’s management filed a report in a high-court Supreme Court case that has the possibility of overturning the ACA. The challenge is the third challenge to the law before the court since it was passed in 2010.
The Supreme Court will hear this case during its next term, which is set to begin in October.
