A warning sent Sunday to citizens living in a city near a secret weapons test in the Arctic, where a crisis has struck more than once in recent years, said they were in the “danger zone” and offered evacuation recommendations for other army activities. .
A message near the city of Severodvinsk informed the citizens of Nyonoksa that the first clinical center of the 09703 army unit will draw paintings on the domain from Tuesday.
