One of the most popular stores in the north is recruiting for its new Sheffield: those are the jobs on offer

This is a joke.

Sheffield-born comedian Tom Binns has invented what he believes to be the first and therefore the only Pop Up Mobile Drive In Comedy Venue in the world.

He had a level built on the roof of his VW Camper van.

Tom, who changed the name of his engine to The Bus Stop Arena, arrived here with the paintings after the concert halls closed.

He has now returned to paintings on his cellular stage, entertaining the comedy enthusiasts they watch from their cars. They can also bring chairs and sit near their engines, maintaining a legal social distance.

The public listens to their act through an app on their smartphones, so they say they don’t want permission for an outdoor PA.

After his first successful comedy exhibition at Gloucester, he made reservations to perform in parks, fields and other film parks.

It has partnered with BizSpace, which has a network of more than a hundred giant complexes across the UK, occupied by 5,000 companies and tens of thousands of people.

Known as The Psychic Comedian, it navigates its parks on weekends.

His VW Camper van was remodeled in Sheffield via the VW bus stop, which designed it and turned it into a cellular scene.

Tom, who now lives in Chesterfield, said: “As I know, I invented the first in the world built for this goal and therefore the only Pop Up Mobile Drive at Comedy Venue.

“There was a fabulous atmosphere for the first exhibition I did. It’s like a cross between a festival and a drive-in.”

“Ticket costs are consistent with the car, but we tell other people they can bring chairs and snacks. It is a direct 75 minute show, having to take convenient breaks.

“Cars are parked to create an outdoor area but with a festive atmosphere. Three other people have a clear line of sight from a car if it rains.”

“It’s a super pop-up comedy club. No strength is required, we bring this and it is silent, like a silent disco, so there are no neighbors to worry about, there is no license challenge and there is no FM transmitter license to ask for.

“We do 90-minute marginal-style shows, repeated if necessary, to avoid bathing disorders and more food and beverage licenses.
