TALLAHASSEE – Some state-backed COVID-19 verification sites will be temporarily closed, while parts of the state remain in the uncertainty cone of Hurricane Isaias.
The Florida Division of Emergency Management announced Wednesday that all coronavirus test sites to drive and enter will close at five p.m. On Thursday, he still announced that some sites would close.
Test sites have tents and other independent appliances that cannot cope with hurricane-force winds.
As the typhoon passes through parts of the state, the sites will reopen continuously. The reopenings will be posted on FDEM’s social networks.
The COVID-19 loose check remains to be received from the county’s local fitness services. Call to request checks with county fitness services.
Although the sites are closed, Americans are advised to comply with all centers for Disease Control and Prevention standards and the recent public fitness notice issued through the Florida Department of Health.
