Today, Delawalso can become the first Mid-Atlantic state to be added to the list of recommendations for New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Visitors from limited states will need to remain quarantined for 1 day after entering the three-state region.
Delaware now meets the consistent criteria in Andrew Cuomo’s June 4 executive order in New York State, which applies to the arrival of a state with a positive verification rate of more than 10 consistent with another 100,000 Americans on a seven-day moving average or in a state with a positivity rate of 10% or more on a seven-day moving average. Governors of New Jersey and Connecticut issued similar arrest warrants.
